Counselling for Carers
Counselling can help you make sense of your new or ongoing role as a carer. It offers a safe and confidential place in which to talk about life issues and problems that you are finding confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It helps you deal with specific areas such as bereavement, loss and changes in family relationships. It can assist you to acknowledge any general feelings of guilt, resentment and anxiety which you may experience, together with the many other issues affecting the emotional and mental well being of carers.
